Login Process

When an account is created for a user, the user will be emailed the user account login information - a User ID and Password.

When first logging into the site, the user enters their User ID and password. Next the user will be asked to create a six Digit PIN:

The next time the user logs in, they will be asked for three digits from their six digit PIN

Logging into the i-Med Web Portal with 2FA Enabled

Launch the i-Med Web Portal - https://secure.medmark.ie

Enter the user account credentials - username and password.

Click the Sign In button.

A One-Time Authentication Code will be sent to the user's email address:

Enter the code into the box provided on the login screen and select Sign In:

You will have now logged in securely to the i-Med Web Portal using a user account with Two Factor Authentication enabled.


Occupational Health Referral

To create an Occupational Health referral, the user logs into the site and in the Occupational Health section, click the New button:

The Occupational Health Referral Form will appear on screen. Enter all of the relevant information and when complete, click the Submit Referral button at the bottom of the screen

Pre-Placement Referral

To create a Pre-Placement referral, the user logs into the site and in the Pre-Placement section, click the New button:

The Pre-Placement Referral Form will appear on screen. Enter all of the relevant information and when complete, click the Submit Referral button at the bottom of the screen



View Cases Pending

The Home screen displays a notification beside the Cases Pending link if there are any cases pending. Click on the link to view the list of cases that are pending. To view the details of the case, click on the patient name to open the patient record:

The Cases Pending screen lists all cases that are pending. The notifications column will display a number to notify the user that there are documents waiting to be downloaded/acknowledged. For example, if the number "1" is written in the Notification column, this means that there is a document waiting to be acknowledged/downloaded:

To mark a document as downloaded/acknowledged, select the relevant option from the drop-down list:


View Cases Completed

The Home screen displays a notification beside the Cases Completed link if there are any cases completed. Click on the link to view the list of completed cases. To view the details of the case, click on the patient name to open the patient record:

The Cases Completed screen lists all completed cases. The notifications column will display a number to notify the user that there are documents waiting to be downloaded/acknowledged. For example, if the number "1" is written in the Notification column, this means that there is a document waiting to be acknowledged/downloaded:
